People with diabetes also suffer from lethargy, depression, and high blood pressure.

  • Cane Sugar Or Dark Brown Sugar: Cane sugar and/or dark brown sugar is less processed and healthier than refined sugar and artificial sugar.

Apart from this, she was allowed to consume a good amount of protein and healthy fats found in nuts and seeds to balance her diet.

2. Workout
