Neelanjana Singh has over 30 years of experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics. She created and headed the nutrition facility at PSRI Hospital, New Delhi. She has taught Nutrition and Health Education at the University of Delhi for over 7 years. She has authored several books on nutrition: Our Kid Eats Everything (Hachette), Why Should I Eat Healthy? (TERI), Indian Diet for IC ( Eat Healthy and Protect your Bladder). She has also co- authored the book Fight Cancer With Flavour. Her weekly column, Health In A Bowl appears in The Morning Standard. Her previous column, Weight & Watch, appeared in The Indian Express for many years. Neelanjana believes that eating right is the best investment for good health that anyone can make for the present and for the future.
