Ruslan Millinhton

Ruslan Millinhton has been tattooing since 2015. While he is originally from the city of Sumy in Ukraine, he now spends most of his time in Charlotte, NC, USA. He has been doing tattoos for over 10 years. He primarily works in color and black & gray realism. He did non-traditional styles in his initial years, but his focus later shifted to realism. This transition, he says, was inspired by the works of Evgeny Knysh. He also believes color realism is one of the most challenging tattoo styles. He constantly tests himself and expands his limits with each piece of art that he creates. Ruslan caters to his many clients along with his expert team. They work out of a private studio in Charlotte.
